Director

Misuk is a Director and Head Accountant of MSUK accounting & Business. She and other business partners have established MSUK in March 2010. Prior to establishing MSUK, she held her dual posts as a Group Incentive Manager & HR Finance Manager in a giant Investment Bank and as Internal Auditor beforehand. Misuk has a wide range experiences in Corporate environment and has been awarded “Best Specialist Award” whilst holding her position.

Misuk is a member as a Fellow Charted Certified Accountant (FCCA), chartered from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). She is also a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and holding a qualification (DipIFR) from IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and MBA. Misuk has extensive experiences notably of businesses with various issues as well as challenges and from her attained knowledge from these she provides advice to businesses and entrepreneurs. Misuk has particular expertise in business process improvements, management consultancy and taxation solutions.
